THK LTR-V Compact Rotary Ball Spline

The THK LTR-V Compact Rotary Ball Spline is designed for combined rotary and linear motion. It uses an LT-X ball spline with support bearings integrated into the spline nut. This creates a compact and lightweight unit.

The LTR-V has a 45° contact angle in its support bearing. This helps the unit resist moment loads and provides high rigidity. A single spline shaft can also transmit torque while moving linearly.

The THK LTR-V is available with 16, 20 and 25 mm spline shaft diameters. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 8.4 to 15.9 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 13.4 to 26.2 kN. Both solid and hollow spline shaft options are available.
