THK LFK-X Compact Ball Spline
The THK LFK-X Compact Ball Spline is designed for smooth and accurate linear motion with torque transmission. Its flanged spline nut has a flattened shape that lowers the core height. This allows for more compact machine designs.
The LFK-X uses a medium-torque ball spline design with multiple rows of balls. This provides high load capacity and rigidity in the radial and torque directions. The preload structure also helps eliminate angular backlash.
The THK LFK-X is available with 5 to 30 mm spline shaft diameters. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 0.56 to 20.8 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 0.85 to 34.0 kN. Models LFK5X and LFK6X are available in stainless steel for high corrosion resistance.
