THK LT Medium-Torque Ball Spline
The THK LT Medium-Torque Ball Spline is designed for smooth and accurate linear motion with torque transmission. It has a compact cylindrical spline nut. A key is used in the nut body to transmit torque.
The LT uses multiple rows of balls to provide high load capacity and rigidity. Its preload structure helps eliminate angular backlash and improve positioning accuracy. The ball retainer also keeps the balls in place when the spline shaft is removed.
The THK LT is available with 4 to 100 mm spline shaft diameters. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 0.44 to 136.2 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 0.61 to 195 kN. Solid and hollow spline shaft options are available.
