THK LT-X Compact Ball Spline
The THK LT-X Compact Ball Spline is designed for smooth and accurate linear motion with torque transmission. Its compact spline nut uses a new ball circulation structure. The outer diameter is the same as a linear bushing, making it suitable for space-saving machine designs.
The LT-X uses multiple rows of balls to provide high load capacity and rigidity in the radial and torque directions. Its preload structure also eliminates angular backlash for precise rotational movement.
The THK LT-X is available with 3 to 30 mm spline shaft diameters. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 0.42 to 20.8 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 0.48 to 34.0 kN. Models LT4X to LT6X are available in stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance.
