1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, sales, and supplies of goods by Elshin International Pte Ltd (“Elshin”). By placing an order with Elshin, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. No variation of these terms shall be valid unless agreed in writing by Elshin.

2. Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, manufacturer price revision, or freight adjustments.
• Quotations are subject to product availability.
  
  

3. Orders & Acceptance

• Orders are only confirmed upon written acknowledgment.
• Elshin reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its discretion.
• Special indent or customised products are non-cancellable and non-returnable once confirmed.
  
  

4. Pricing

• Prices are quoted in SGD unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are exclusive of GST, delivery charges, duties, and installation unless otherwise specified.
  
  

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms shall be as stated on the invoice.
• For online purchases, payment must be completed before processing.
• Late payments may incur interest at 3% per month.
• Elshin reserves the right to suspend deliveries for overdue accounts.
  
  

6. Online Orders

• Orders placed via our website are subject to product availability.
• Elshin reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock discrepancies.
• Payment gateway is a third-party provider; Elshin is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the platform.
  
  

7. Delivery

• Delivery dates provided by Elshin are estimates only.
• Where a delivery date is specified, a tolerance of ±3 working days shall apply.
• Elshin shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
• Risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery or collection.
• The Buyer must inspect the goods within 5 days of receipt and notify Elshin in writing of any discrepancies.
  
  

8. Returns & Refunds

• Standard stock returns require prior written approval and may incur a restocking fee.
• Custom-made, indent, or special-order products are non-returnable.
• Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
• Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be submitted within 5 days of receipt.
  
  

9. Warranty

• Products are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
• Elshin does not provide additional warranties beyond those stated by the manufacturer.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or wear and tear.
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability

Elshin shall not be liable for:

• Loss of production
• Loss of profit
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Downtime or installation costs

Total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

11. Retention of Title

Ownership of all goods supplied shall remain with Elshin International Pte Ltd until full payment of all amounts due has been received.

Until full payment is made:

• The Buyer shall keep the goods properly stored and identifiable as Elshin’s property.
• The Buyer shall not sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the goods without Elshin’s written consent.
• Elshin reserves the right to repossess the goods if payment is overdue.

Risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery, but legal ownership shall remain with Elshin until full payment is received.
