Technical Sales Engineer

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Singapore, with a 5 day work week. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with customers to understand application requirements, recommend suitable motion control and automation components, and prepare quotations and proposals. The role includes providing pre and post sales technical support, troubleshooting product issues, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Technical Sales Engineer will also conduct product presentations and demonstrations, support business development activities, and keep accurate records of customer interactions. The position involves regular visits to customer sites and continuous learning about product updates and industry trends.

Qualifications
  • Must be able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role
  • Experience in industrial automation, motion control or precision engineering, including familiarity with linear guides, ball screws, bearings and actuators
  • Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify customer needs, develop opportunities, and close deals effectively
  • Good communication skills to work with engineers, buyers and maintenance teams
  • Own vehicle with a valid Singapore driving licence
  • Comfortable with basic office software and CRM systems

Sales Co-Ordinator

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Co-ordinator role based in Singapore, with a 5 day work week. The Co-ordinator will support the Sales Director in daily operations, handle customer enquiries and coordinate with principals and suppliers. The role includes helping to prepare sales proposals, quotations and sales forecast reports, as well as following up on all current quotations. The Co-ordinator will also take part in product sourcing and work closely with the production, quality, engineering and technical teams to make sure products meet specifications and are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications
  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • Able to read basic technical drawings is a plus
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support, technical support or a similar role
  • Organised, detail oriented and good at following up
  • Good communication skills to work with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Comfortable with basic office software and CRM systems

What We Offer
  • Salary: $2,000 to $2,500 per month
  • 5 day work week, 8:30am to 6pm
