THK LBH Rectangular Ball Spline

The THK LBH Rectangular Ball Spline is designed for smooth and accurate linear motion with high torque transmission. Its rigid rectangular spline nut can be mounted directly onto the machine body. No separate housing is required, helping create a compact and highly rigid linear guide system.

The LBH uses the high-torque ball spline design to support loads in both the radial and torque directions. A single spline nut provides preload to reduce angular backlash and improve rigidity.

The THK LBH is available with 15 to 50 mm spline shaft diameters. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 4.4 to 55.1 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 8.4 to 94.1 kN. Basic torque ratings range from 30.4 to 1,290 N·m, depending on the model.
