THK SLS High-Torque Caged Ball Spline

THK SLS is a high-torque caged ball spline for smooth linear motion and torque transmission. Its cylindrical spline nut can be secured to the housing with a key. This design provides reliable torque transmission in a compact structure.

The SLS uses caged balls to maintain even spacing during circulation. This reduces ball-to-ball contact and supports smooth, high-speed response. The design also provides long-term maintenance-free operation.

THK SLS is available in SLS25 to SLS60 sizes, with solid or hollow spline shafts. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 18.2 to 87.8 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 22.5 to 103.0 kN. The SLS-L long type is also available in the same shaft diameter range.
