THK SLF Flanged High-Torque Caged Ball Spline

THK SLF is a flanged high-torque caged ball spline for smooth linear motion and reliable torque transmission. Its flanged spline nut allows direct mounting to a housing. This helps simplify installation and supports compact machine designs.

The SLF uses a caged ball design to maintain smooth ball circulation. It provides high torque capacity and high rigidity while allowing linear motion along the spline shaft. A lubrication hole is also provided in the spline nut.

THK SLF is available in sizes SLF25 to SLF100. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 18.2 to 188.2 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 22.5 to 190.7 kN. Basic torque ratings range from 219.9 to 8,922.3 N·m, depending on the model.
