THK LFH-X Compact Ball Spline
The THK LFH-X Compact Ball Spline is designed for smooth and accurate linear motion with torque transmission. Its flanged spline nut has two flattened sections. This lowers the core height and allows for a lighter, more compact machine design.
The LFH-X uses multiple rows of balls to provide high load capacity and rigidity in the radial and torque directions. Its preload structure also helps eliminate angular backlash and improve rotational stability.
The THK LFH-X is available with 5 to 30 mm spline shaft diameters. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 0.56 to 20.8 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 0.85 to 34.0 kN. Models LFH5X and LFH6X are available in stainless steel for high corrosion resistance.
