THK LBGT Geared Rotary Ball Spline
The THK LBGT Rotary Ball Spline is designed for applications that require both rotary and linear motion. It has gear teeth on the spline nut flange, with radial and thrust bearings compactly integrated into the nut. This design is suitable for torque transmission with spline nut drive.
The LBGT uses a thrust raceway to support axial loads. Its compact construction helps save space while maintaining high rigidity for rotary and linear movement. Both solid and hollow spline shaft options are available.
The THK LBGT is available with 20, 25, 30, 40 and 50 mm spline shaft diameters. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 9.4 to 55.1 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 20.1 to 94.1 kN.
