THK LT Series Medium Torque Type Ball Spline

The THK LT Series is the most compact model in THK’s medium torque ball spline lineup, using a straight cylindrical spline nut with a key driven into the body to transmit torque. With the medium torque design, the spline shaft has two to three crests around its circumference, each held by two rows of balls, giving four to six rows in total. This layout removes angular backlash in the rotational direction and keeps the design accurate under load.

It’s available in a wide range of shaft diameters from 4mm to 100mm, with a basic dynamic load rating from 0.44 kN to 136.2 kN and a basic static load rating from 0.61 kN to 195 kN, making it suitable for anything from small precision equipment to larger industrial machinery.
