THK LBH Series High-Torque Ball Spline
The THK LBH Series High-Torque Ball Spline features a rigid rectangular spline nut that mounts directly to the machine body, eliminating the need for a separate housing and providing a compact, high-rigidity solution for linear motion and torque transmission.
The LBH Series is designed for high torque and radial load capacity, with the spline nut structure providing strong support and precise motion. Selected models are also available with high-temperature configurations rated for operating temperatures up to 100°C, while felt seal options are available for certain models.
Available with spline shaft diameters from 15 to 50 mm, the series offers basic dynamic load ratings from 4.4 to 55.1 kN and basic static load ratings from 8.4 to 94.1 kN. Static permissible moments reach up to 941 N·m, depending on the model.
