THK LBF Series High Torque Type Ball Spline

The THK LBF Series uses a flanged spline nut that bolts straight onto the housing, making assembly simpler than a keyed design. It’s especially useful where machining a keyway into the housing could deform it, or where the housing width is too small for a keyway. A dowel pin can also be driven into the flange, which fully removes any angular backlash in the fitting.

It’s available in shaft diameters from 15mm to 100mm, with a basic dynamic load rating from 4.4 kN to 126 kN and a basic static load rating from 8.4 kN to 237 kN, matching the LBS Series in capacity while offering an easier mounting method.
