Yamaha YK-XG Series Large SCARA Robots

The Yamaha YK-XG Series Large SCARA Robots are high-speed 4-axis robots designed for precise and reliable automated movement. The series offers long arm lengths and high payload capacities for larger workpieces and automation equipment.

The range includes YK700XGL, YK700XG, YK800XG, YK900XG and YK1000XG models, with arm lengths from 700 mm to 1,000 mm. Depending on the model, maximum payload reaches up to 20 kg, while X-axis speeds reach up to 9.9 m/s. Repeatability is up to ±0.02 mm on the X axis, ±0.01 mm on the Y axis and ±0.004° on the R axis.

The robots use direct-coupled transmission for accurate movement and are controlled by the RCX340 controller. Different Z-axis strokes, tool flange options and cable lengths are available to suit different machine configurations.
