Yamaha YK-XG Series Small SCARA Robots

The Yamaha YK-XG Series Small SCARA Robots are compact 4-axis robots designed for fast and precise movement. They are suitable for tasks such as assembly, transfer, pushing and sealing of small components.

The series includes the YK250XG, YK350XG and YK400XG, with arm lengths from 250 mm to 400 mm and a maximum payload of 5 kg. Depending on the model, X-axis speeds reach up to 6.1 m/s, while Z-axis speed reaches up to 1.1 m/s. Repeatability is ±0.01 mm on the X and Y axes and ±0.004° on the R axis.

The YK-XG Series features a completely beltless structure with direct coupling of the Z and R axes for accurate and reliable movement. Tool flange and hollow shaft options are also available for different installation and wiring requirements.
