THK SLF Series High Torque Caged Ball Spline
The THK SLF Series carries the same caged ball technology as the SLS Series, keeping balls evenly spaced for fast, smooth circulation while cutting down on noise, dust, and maintenance needs through better grease retention. Where the SLF Series differs is its flanged spline nut, which bolts onto the housing through the flange for simpler assembly compared to a keyed cylindrical nut.
It’s available in shaft diameters from 25mm to 100mm, with a basic dynamic load rating from 18.2 kN to 188.2 kN and a basic static load rating from 22.5 kN to 190.7 kN. This makes it a solid option for robot arms, transfer machines, and other equipment needing reliable torque transmission alongside linear motion.
