THK LF-X Series Medium-Torque Ball Spline

The THK LF-X Series Medium-Torque Ball Spline is a compact, flanged ball spline designed for linear motion and torque transmission. Its flange allows the spline nut to be mounted directly to a housing or bracket, providing a practical alternative to the cylindrical LT-X design.

The LF-X Series uses a multi-row ball arrangement for high radial and torque rigidity with low rotational clearance. The compact LF-X design is part of THK’s updated ball spline lineup, with the spline nut available in a range of sizes from 4 to 30 mm shaft diameter.

The series provides basic dynamic load ratings from 0.42 to 20.8 kN, with basic torque ratings up to 196 N·m and static permissible moments up to 335 N·m, depending on the model. Solid and hollow spline shaft options are available, together with seal and QZ Lubricator configurations for different operating requirements.
