THK LF-X Series Medium Torque Type Ball Spline
The THK LF-X Series is the flanged counterpart to Model LT-X, sharing the same medium torque ball spline design with two to three preloaded crests and four to six rows of balls on the spline shaft for zero angular backlash and high radial and torque rigidity. Its redesigned circulation path shrinks the nut’s outer diameter by up to 20% versus the earlier Model LF, while a flange makes it easier to mount directly to a housing or bracket than the cylindrical LT-X. Basic dynamic load rating ranges from 0.42 to 20.8 kN across spline shaft diameters of 3 to 30 mm, with solid or hollow shaft options, stainless steel construction for the smaller sizes, and an optional QZ Lubricator for extended maintenance intervals.
