THK LTR-V Series Lightweight Rotary Ball Spline with Support Bearing

The THK LTR-V Series Lightweight Rotary Ball Spline with Support Bearing is a compact unit-type ball spline designed for applications requiring linear motion, torque transmission and rotary motion. Its support bearing is integrated directly with the outer surface of the spline nut, creating a compact and lightweight assembly.

The LTR-V uses ball raceways with angular contact to accommodate support bearing loads, providing high rigidity while keeping the unit compact. Compared with the previous LTR-A, the LTR-V is up to 17% more compact and up to 46% lighter, depending on the model.

The series is available for 16, 20 and 25 mm spline shaft diameters. The integrated 45° support bearing contact angle is designed to resist moment loads, while optional seals and the QZ Lubricator provide additional contamination protection and extended lubrication intervals.
