THK LT Series Medium-Torque Ball Spline
The THK LT Series Medium-Torque Ball Spline is a compact, cylindrical ball spline designed for linear motion and torque transmission. Its spline nut uses a keyway for secure mounting to the housing and torque transmission, providing a straightforward solution for a wide range of machine designs.
The LT Series uses a four- or six-row ball arrangement across the spline shaft grooves to provide high torque capacity and rigidity while minimizing angular backlash in the rotational direction.
Available with spline shaft diameters from 4 to 100 mm, the series offers basic dynamic load ratings from 0.44 to 136.2 kN and basic static load ratings from 0.61 to 195 kN, depending on the model. Selected sizes are also available with high-temperature configurations rated for service temperatures up to 100°C.
