THK LFK-X Series Medium-Torque Ball Spline
The THK LFK-X Series Medium-Torque Ball Spline is a compact flanged ball spline designed for linear motion and torque transmission where reduced installation space and high rigidity are important. Its flattened four-sided flange lowers the nut’s core height and provides a compact mounting configuration compared with a conventional round-flanged design.
The LFK-X Series uses a preloaded multi-row ball arrangement to minimize angular backlash while providing high radial and torque rigidity. An extended LFK-XL version is also available for applications involving higher moment loads, torque or overhung loads.
Available with spline shaft diameters from 5 to 30 mm, the series offers basic dynamic load ratings from 0.56 to 20.8 kN, depending on the model. The smaller LFK5X and LFK6X models use stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance.
