THK LBG Series Geared Rotary Ball Spline
The THK LBG Series Geared Rotary Ball Spline is a unit-type rotary ball spline with gear teeth integrated around the spline nut, combining torque transmission and rotary motion in a compact assembly. Its design incorporates the spline nut, gear and supporting bearing components into a single unit.
The LBG Series uses a preloaded ball arrangement to reduce angular backlash and provide high rigidity for torque and moment loads. Its integrated bearing support also provides strong radial support, making it suitable for applications where the spline nut itself is driven through the gear.
Available in a wide range of sizes from 20 to 85 mm spline shaft diameter, the series offers basic torque ratings up to 9,550 N·m, basic load ratings up to 213 kN, and static permissible moments up to 3,180 N·m, depending on the model.
