THK LTR Series Rotary Ball Spline with Support Bearing
The THK LTR Series Rotary Ball Spline with Support Bearing is an integrated rotary ball spline designed to provide linear motion, torque transmission and rotary motion in a compact assembly. Its support bearing arrangement is incorporated into the spline nut, eliminating the need for a separate bearing housing and simplifying installation.
The LTR Series uses a preloaded ball arrangement to provide precise torque transmission and reduce angular backlash. The integrated support bearing is designed to handle moment loads, while the spline nut can be secured directly to the housing using bolts.
The series covers spline shaft diameters from 16 to 60 mm and offers a wide range of basic load, torque and permissible moment capacities. Solid and hollow shaft options, together with contamination-protection options, provide flexibility for different machine designs.
