THK LF Series Medium-Torque Ball Spline
The THK LF Series Medium-Torque Ball Spline is a flanged ball spline designed for linear motion and torque transmission, with the spline nut mounting directly to the housing or bracket. The flanged design simplifies installation and is particularly useful where machining a keyway in the housing could cause deformation or where available mounting space is limited.
The LF Series uses a multi-row ball arrangement to provide high torque capacity, radial rigidity and low rotational clearance. Available models use four or six rows of balls depending on shaft size, supporting reliable torque transmission and precise linear movement.
The series covers spline shaft diameters from 6 to 60 mm, with basic dynamic load ratings from 1.18 to 73.5 kN and basic static load ratings from 2.16 to 111.7 kN, depending on the model. High-temperature versions are also available for selected sizes.
