THK LBGT Series Geared Rotary Ball Spline
The THK LBGT Series Geared Rotary Ball Spline is a unit-type rotary ball spline with gear teeth integrated around the spline nut, combining rotary motion and torque transmission in a compact assembly. Its design incorporates support components within the spline nut while providing high load and torque capacity.
The LBGT Series uses six rows of balls across the spline shaft to provide high rigidity and precise torque transmission, while the integrated thrust raceway supports axial loading in applications where additional thrust capacity is required.
Available in spline shaft diameters from 20 to 85 mm, the series offers a wide range of basic torque ratings, load capacities and permissible moments. Selected models are also available with felt seals for contamination protection, while solid and hollow shaft options provide flexibility for different machine designs.
