THK LBR Series High-Torque Ball Spline

The THK LBR Series High-Torque Ball Spline is designed for high-torque linear motion applications subject to moment loads. Its central flange provides a practical mounting arrangement for applications where loads are concentrated around the middle of the spline nut, such as robotic arm mechanisms.

The LBR Series combines high torque and load capacity with a flanged spline nut design. It is available with spline shaft diameters from 15 to 100 mm, providing a broad range of sizes for industrial machinery and precision motion systems.

Depending on the model, the series offers basic dynamic load ratings from 4.4 to 137 kN and basic static load ratings from 8.4 to 271 kN, with basic torque ratings up to 6,460 N·m. Static permissible moments reach up to 4,410 N·m for a single spline nut.
