Yamaha Robonity AGFS Long-Stroke Robot
The Yamaha Robonity AGFS is a long-stroke single-axis robot designed for high-load and long-distance transport. Its patented optimal support mechanism helps suppress ball screw vibration, allowing high-speed operation over long strokes.
The AGFS Series is available in AGFS14 and AGFS17 models, with standard and long-stroke configurations. Depending on the model, maximum horizontal payload reaches up to 200 kg, with speeds of up to 2,400 mm/s and strokes of up to 3,000 mm.
The AGFS provides ±0.01 mm repeatability and uses a rolled C7 ball screw with an absolute or batteryless absolute encoder. The series also offers cleanliness equivalent to ISO Class 3 (ISO 14644-1), making it suitable for clean automation environments.
