Yamaha TRANSERVO SG Series Slider Type Single-Axis Robot
The Yamaha TRANSERVO SG Series is a slider type single-axis robot designed for precise and reliable linear movement. It uses a step motor and ball screw drive to provide smooth movement and accurate positioning.
The SG07 model is available with 20 mm, 12 mm and 6 mm ball screw leads. Depending on the lead, maximum horizontal payload reaches up to 46 kg, while speeds reach up to 1,200 mm/s. Stroke lengths range from 50 mm to 800 mm, with positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm.
The SG07 supports both horizontal and vertical installation, with optional brake and non-motor-side origin configurations. Different grease options, cable lengths and I/O configurations are available. The TS-SH controller provides I/O point tracing and remote command operation.
