Yamaha FLIP-X N Series Nut Rotation Single-Axis Robots
The Yamaha FLIP-X N Series is a range of nut rotation single-axis robots designed for precise and reliable linear movement. The nut rotation mechanism supports smooth operation while allowing long stroke lengths for automated transport and positioning.
The N Series includes N15, N15D, N18 and N18D models. Depending on the model, maximum payload reaches up to 80 kg, while maximum speed is 1,200 mm/s. Stroke lengths extend up to 2,500 mm, with positioning repeatability of ±0.01 mm.
The robots use a ball screw with a 20 mm lead and a four-row circular arc groove linear guide with two rails. N15 and N18 models are available with different stroke ranges, while N15D and N18D provide double-carriage configurations for moving two loads on one robot. Horizontal and wall installation options are available, with standard and optional cable carrier configurations.
