Yamaha FLIP-X F Series High-Rigidity Single-Axis Robots
The Yamaha FLIP-X F Series is a range of high-rigidity single-axis robots designed for precise and reliable linear movement. The rigid structure provides stable movement and supports high load capacities.
The F Series includes F8, F8L, F8LH, F10, F10H, F14, F14H, F17, F17L, F20 and F20N models. Depending on the model, maximum horizontal payload reaches up to 120 kg. Speeds reach up to 2,400 mm/s, with stroke lengths from 150 mm to 2,050 mm. The robots use a four-row circular arc groove linear guide for high rigidity and load capacity. Different ball screw leads, brake options and cable configurations are available depending on the model.
The F Series can be used as a single linear axis or combined with other axes to create Cartesian robot systems. Controllers support programming, I/O point tracing, remote commands and pulse train control.
