Yamaha TRANSERVO SSC Clean Single-Axis Robots
The Yamaha TRANSERVO SSC Series is a range of clean single-axis robots designed for precise linear movement in cleanroom environments. The slider-type design provides smooth movement while keeping the robot compact.
The series includes SSC04, SSC05 and SSC05H models. Depending on the model and ball screw lead, maximum horizontal payload reaches up to 12 kg, with speeds of up to 1,000 mm/s. Stroke lengths range from 50 mm to 800 mm, with positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm.
The SSC Series features a stainless steel slide table, suction air connection and cleanroom-compatible components. It achieves Class 10 cleanliness when used with a suction blower, with intake air requirements ranging from 15 to 80 Nℓ/min depending on the model and lead. TS-S2, TS-SH and TS-SD controllers are available for different control methods.
