Yamaha FLIP-X B Series Timing Belt Drive Single-Axis Robots

The Yamaha FLIP-X B Series is a range of timing belt drive single-axis robots designed for fast and precise linear movement. The belt drive allows high-speed operation over long strokes, making the series suitable for applications that require efficient linear transport. The B Series includes B10, B14 and B14H models. Depending on the model, maximum payload reaches up to 30 kg, while speeds reach up to 1,875 mm/s. Stroke lengths extend up to 3,050 mm, with positioning repeatability of ±0.04 mm.

The robots use a timing belt drive with a four-row circular arc groove linear guide. Six motor installation positions are available, allowing the motor to be positioned to suit different machine layouts. Cable entry can also be configured in different directions.

The B Series supports horizontal and wall installation, depending on the model. Different cable lengths, flexible cables and clean grease options are also available. Yamaha controllers support programming, I/O point tracing, remote commands and pulse train control.
