Yamaha TRANSERVO BD Series Belt-Type Single-Axis Robots
The Yamaha TRANSERVO BD Series is a range of belt-type single-axis robots designed for fast and reliable linear movement. The belt drive provides smooth movement over long strokes, while the compact design makes the robots suitable for space-conscious automation equipment.
The series includes the BD04, BD05 and BD07 models. Maximum payloads range from 1 kg to 14 kg, with speeds of up to 1,500 mm/s. Stroke lengths range from 300 mm to 2,000 mm, depending on the model. The robots provide ±0.1 mm positioning repeatability.
The BD Series uses step motors and a 48 mm equivalent lead. Different controller options are available, including TS-S2, TS-SH and TS-SD, with I/O point tracing, remote command and pulse train control. Stroke, cable length and I/O configurations can be selected to suit different system requirements.
