Yamaha TRANSERVO SR Series Rod Type Single-Axis Robots
The Yamaha TRANSERVO SR Series is a range of compact rod type single-axis robots designed for precise linear movement. The rod design is suitable for transfer, alignment, positioning and pushing applications. The series uses a step motor with closed-loop control for reliable operation.
The SR Series includes standard SR models and SRD models with a support guide. Models such as SR03, SR04 and SR05 are available with different ball screw leads, payloads and stroke lengths. Depending on the model, horizontal payloads reach up to 60 kg, with speeds of up to 500 mm/s and strokes from 50 mm to 300 mm.
Straight and space-saving configurations are available, with different motor mounting positions. Options include brakes, different origin positions, mounting plates and cable lengths. The robots can be controlled using Yamaha TS-S2, TS-SH or TS-SD controllers, depending on the configuration.
