Yamaha YK-XG Series Medium SCARA Robots

The Yamaha YK-XG Series Medium SCARA Robots are high-speed 4-axis robots designed for precise and reliable automated movement. They offer different arm lengths and payload options to suit various automation requirements.

The series includes YK500XGL, YK500XG, YK600XGL, YK600XG and YK600XGH models, with arm lengths from 500 mm to 600 mm. Maximum payload ranges from 5 kg to 20 kg, while X-axis speeds reach up to 8.4 m/s. Repeatability is up to ±0.01 mm on the X and Y axes and ±0.004° on the R axis.

The robots use direct-coupled transmission for smooth and accurate movement and are controlled by the RCX340 controller. Different Z-axis strokes, tool flange options and cable lengths are available to suit different machine configurations.
