THK SRG Series Caged-Roller LM Guide (Ultra-Rigid)

The THK SRG Series is an ultra-rigid roller guide that uses a roller cage to keep motion low-friction and smooth while achieving long-term maintenance-free operation. Rollers travel in four rows of precision-ground raceways on the LM rail and block, with roller cages and end plates built into the block to keep them circulating evenly. Because the rollers are highly rigid and each one is over 1.5 times longer than its diameter, the SRG Series reaches roughly twice the rigidity of THK’s Full-Ball LM Guide.

Each row of rollers sits at a 45° contact angle, so the block carries an equal load rating in all directions, radial, reverse-radial, and lateral, giving it high rigidity no matter how it’s mounted. It’s available in sizes from 15 to 100, with a basic dynamic load rating from 11.3 kN to 601 kN and a basic static load rating from 25.8 kN to 1,170 kN, depending on the model and size.
