THK LR / LR-Z Series LM Roller

The THK LR Series LM Roller fits into a groove machined on the mounting surface and secures with bolts through four holes in the raceway base (fixture models SM and SE also available). Contoured rollers travel in infinite circulation around a precision-ground raceway base, with a center guide that continuously corrects roller skewing for smooth motion.

The lighter LR-Z variant uses a resin retainer, includes a seal-installation groove for high contamination protection, and can travel at speeds up to 1 m/s. Basic dynamic load rating spans 21.6 to 285 kN and basic static load rating 39.9 to 577 kN. Used in NC machine tool XYZ guides, precision press ram guides, press die changers, and heavy-load transfer systems.
