THK LRB / LRB-Z Series LM Roller
The THK LRB Series LM Roller eliminates the need for a machined groove on the mounting surface, reducing machining man-hours, and mounts using fixture model SMB or SE with bolts. It shares the same center-guided, contoured-roller construction as other LM Roller models for smooth, skew-free circulation and high accuracy under ultra-heavy loads.
The LRB-Z variant is lighter, uses a resin retainer, includes a seal-installation groove for contamination protection, and supports high-speed travel up to 1 m/s. Basic dynamic load rating ranges from 21.6 to 285 kN and basic static load rating from 39.9 to 577 kN. Ideal where simplified mounting and heavy-load capacity are both priorities.
