BSQ MCM / MCM-L Miniature Linear Guide

The BSQ MCM Series Miniature Linear Guide is a compact, high precision linear motion system built for applications where space is tight but stable accuracy and rigidity are still needed. It uses a four point contact structure, with steel balls arranged in two rows that touch the rail raceways at four points. This setup gives you balanced load capacity and stable motion even under combined loads, despite the guide’s small size. Since the balls circulate smoothly inside the block, you get infinite linear motion with low friction and low noise.

The MCM series also has an integrated ball return structure that supports both horizontal and vertical mounting, so motion stays smooth and consistent no matter which way you install it. Stainless steel rails and blocks give it good corrosion resistance too, which makes the guide a good fit for clean environments and precision equipment. You’ll typically find it used in LED and OLED manufacturing equipment, semiconductor and inspection systems, medical devices, and compact automation equipment.

The MCM-L variant shares the same overall structure as the standard MCM but uses a longer block, which gives you higher moment load capacity and better rigidity. This makes it a good option when you need more stability without having to increase the rail size.
