BSQ MCMW / MCMW-L Miniature Linear Guide
The BSQ MCMW Series Miniature Linear Guide is a wide block version of the MCM series, built to give you more stiffness and load capacity while still keeping a compact form. By widening the block, the MCMW series holds up better against moment loads and stays more rigid overall, so it can handle heavier or off center loads without losing stability. Like the standard MCM, it uses a four point contact ball structure, which keeps the balls circulating smoothly and gives you precise positioning with very little friction.
Since the design is wider, the MCMW series works especially well in compact machines that need more rigidity but don’t have room to move up to a larger LM guide size. It also uses stainless steel parts for strong corrosion resistance, and a ball retainer structure that stops balls from dropping out during handling or assembly, which makes installation and maintenance easier. This makes the MCMW series a good fit for precision automation, semiconductor equipment, medical devices, and inspection systems.
The MCMW-L variant takes this further with a longer block, which boosts moment load capacity and keeps positioning even more stable. This makes it a solid choice when you need high stiffness, fine positioning accuracy, and a long service life, all while keeping the overall assembly compact.
