Yamaha Robonity ABAS Slider Robot
The Yamaha Robonity ABAS is a compact slider-type single-axis robot designed for reliable and cost-effective automation. Its rigid construction provides stable linear movement while keeping the robot compact.
The ABAS Series is available in several models, including ABAS04, ABAS05, ABAS08 and ABAS12. Different ball screw leads, stroke lengths and payload options are available to suit different machine requirements. Maximum payloads reach up to 115 kg, with speeds of up to 1,800 mm/s and strokes of up to 1,250 mm.
The ABAS provides ±0.01 mm positioning repeatability and uses a 23-bit absolute or battery-less absolute encoder. It also features easy installation and external lubrication for simpler maintenance.
