Yamaha Transervo SSC Series Clean Type Single-Axis Robot

The Yamaha TRANSERVO SSC Type is a cleanroom-compatible single-axis robot engineered for precision positioning in contamination-sensitive environments. Its integrated suction structure and sealed mechanical components allow the SSC series to achieve Class 10 cleanliness based on 0.1 micrometre particle size when used with a suction blower.

Built on Yamaha’s compact slider platform, the SSC type combines high repeatability, stable ball screw drive, and flexible controller compatibility. The integrated suction system actively removes particles generated during operation, helping maintain cleanroom classification without requiring additional external containment, making it well suited for semiconductor, electronics, medical, and optical manufacturing processes where contamination control is critical.
