Yamaha FLIP-X T Series Frameless Single-Axis Robots

The Yamaha FLIP-X T Series is a compact single-axis robot designed for precise and reliable linear movement. Its frameless design provides a slim structure that can be integrated into space-limited automation equipment. The T Series includes the T4L, T4LH, T5L, T5LH and T6L models. Depending on the model, maximum horizontal payload ranges from 4.5 kg to 30 kg, while speeds reach up to 1,333 mm/s. Stroke lengths range from 50 mm to 800 mm, with positioning repeatability of ±0.02 mm.

The robots use a ball screw drive and linear guide for smooth movement. Different ball screw leads are available to balance speed and load requirements. The T Series also offers brake options, selectable origin position, clean grease options and flexible cable configurations.

The robots can be paired with different Yamaha controllers depending on the model, supporting functions such as programming, I/O point tracing, remote commands, pulse train control and RS-232C communication.
