Yamaha Robonity ABFS Low-Profile Robot
The Yamaha Robonity ABFS is a low-profile single-axis robot designed for compact automation equipment. Its low-profile structure reduces the overall height of the robot, helping to save space in machine layouts. The outer rail system also combines the aluminum frame and guide rails into a compact structure.
The ABFS Series uses a rolled C7 ball screw drive and is available in models from ABFS03 to ABFS10H. Depending on the model and ball screw lead, maximum speed reaches up to 1,800 mm/s, while maximum horizontal payload reaches up to 115 kg. Stroke lengths range from 50 mm to 1,250 mm.
The series provides ±0.005 mm repeatability and uses a 200 V AC servo motor with a 23-bit absolute or battery-less absolute encoder. The ABFS Series is also available with cleanliness equivalent to ISO Class 4 (ISO 14644-1).
