NPM Linear Servo Motors, also known as Shaft Motors, are direct-drive linear motors that generate thrust through a simple structure consisting of a coil and a magnetic shaft. By eliminating mechanical transmission elements such as ball screws or belts, the system achieves high speed, high acceleration, excellent positioning accuracy, and zero backlash, making it suitable for precision motion applications.
The shaft motor structure allows smooth continuous motion, high responsiveness, and long stroke operation while maintaining a compact form factor. When combined with NPM controllers and drivers, the system delivers stable linear motion for semiconductor, inspection, laser processing, and automation equipment.
