NPM PJPL Series HB Linear Step Motors

Nippon Pulse Motor (NPM) PJPL Series HB Linear Step Motors provide direct linear motion using a stepping motor structure. The built-in screw mechanism converts rotary motion into precise linear movement. The PJPL Series includes PJPL28 and PJPL42 sliding screw models, as well as PJPL28T and PJPL42T rolled ball screw models. Resolution is available from 0.005 mm per step, with stroke lengths from 40 mm to 100 mm depending on the model.

The sliding screw models use a low-friction screw and ball-bearing-supported rotor for smooth movement and long service life. The rolled ball screw models provide higher efficiency. Both types are designed for compact linear motion systems where high thrust and precise positioning are required.

The PJPL Series is suitable for linear positioning, automation equipment and applications where space is limited.
