THK L100 Grease

The THK L100 Grease uses high-grade synthetic oil with a lithium complex-based consistency enhancer and special additives. It produces little dust, making it suitable for clean room applications, while providing excellent extreme pressure resistance.

L100 Grease has a 4-ball welding load of 3,922 N and a service temperature range of −40 to 150°C. THK testing also shows its extreme pressure resistance is three times greater than its previous low dust-generating grease.
