THK L500 Grease

THK L500 Grease uses refined mineral oil as its base and a lithium complex based enhancer, along with special additives that give it strong extreme pressure resistance. This helps it hold up well under high load conditions where ordinary grease might break down faster.

It also lasts longer than typical high load grease, which cuts down on how often you need to top it up or reapply it. On top of that, it has good pumpability, so it works well with automatic lubrication systems rather than needing manual application every time. It’s best suited for high load ball screws and other components where machine stability matters. Please note this product cannot be used in Europe.
