THK L500 Grease

The THK L500 Grease uses refined mineral oil with a lithium complex-based consistency enhancer and special additives. It provides excellent extreme pressure resistance, long service life and pumpability, making it suitable for high-load applications and automatic lubrication systems.

L500 Grease has a representative 4-ball welding load of 4,903 N and a service temperature range of −20 to 175°C. In THK’s ball screw test, it also demonstrated a longer lubrication service life than general high-load grease.

Note: This product cannot be used in Europe.
