THK AFA Grease

THK AFA Grease is a high grade grease that offers a long service life, strong water resistance, and low sliding resistance, made using high grade synthetic oil as the base oil along with a urea based consistency enhancer. Because the base oil has a low kinematic viscosity, it works well for long stroke, high speed LM Guide operations, keeping sliding resistance to a minimum even during extended use.

This grease also holds up well against moisture. It resists water penetration better than many other grease types, which helps protect components from corrosion and keeps performance stable over time. AFA Grease can operate across a service temperature range of -45°C to 160°C, and it’s suitable for use with LM Guides, ball screws, and electric actuators where consistent, low friction movement is needed.
