THK AFF Grease

The THK AFF Grease uses high-grade synthetic oil with a lithium-based consistency enhancer. It produces very little dust and provides good fretting resistance. This makes it suitable for applications with micro-strokes and repeated vibration.

AFF Grease also provides stable rolling resistance at low speeds. It helps reduce wear caused by micro-vibrations and can extend the greasing interval. The grease has a 4-ball welding load of 1,236 N. Its service temperature range is −40 to 120°C.
